Our Supply Chain Department in Chennai is looking for a
Senior Executive- SADM/ Sr.Warehouse Executive
Your Responsibilities:
E Com Drop shipment Model:
- Check the E Com portal for orders status on a daily basis and download the orders. After validate the price & qty, prepare picking list and submit to warehouse for further process
- Printing the shipping label & Shipping Invoice for each customer order
- Preparing Invoice as per customer agreed margin
- Co-ordinate with customers for Portal Issues if any
- Co-ordinate with customers for packing materials
- Co-ordinate with customers for “0” Inventory but orders received query, and cancel the orders
- Ensure the Invoice / Inventory is accounted in Tally system on a daily basis
- Co-ordinate with Customers for discrepancies if any in POs / prices and to get the corrected one
- Ensure the drop shipment orders are handover the transporter on time to avoid penalty amount and cancellation of orders
- Co-ordinate with transporter to ensure the deliveries are done as per the appointment date given by E Com customers
- Check the customer portal for every 15 min for the orders received status and process accordingly
- GST related report submitted regularly
- Validate the discount details during Sale period and co-ordinate with Customers for discrepancies if any
- Handling Drop shipment orders for MYNTRA PPMP Model & SHOPPERS STOP E Com drop orders
In short to ensure the E Com drop shipment is handled on a timely manner to ensure the orders are processed and dispatched on the same day to avoid penalty and de-list from the E Com portal.
Traditional Trade Business / Controlled Shelf Space Orders:
- Preparing picking list and submit to warehouse
- Preparing Invoice based on various customer margin
- Co-ordinate with customer for Road permit / waybills
Your ideal profile:
- Outstanding Communication skills both verbal & written (English and Tamil)
- Should have good interpersonal Skills
- 5 years of experience in warehouse operations specifically manufacturing
- know GST and documentation process
- will supervise 47 operators and sales team (15 people)
- have background in Tally and SAP preferred
- good stakeholder management and planning
- 1 year of experience in distribution in manufacturing
- Advanced background in excel and power bi
- good analytical skills
- exposure to E commerce is an advantage
- sales knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree
