Senior 360° Communication Manager (7 months fixed-term contract)

That is why L'Occitane en Provence central expert teams are organized in multi-functional teams working in Scrum to develop our brand products portfolio & activation campaigns. This agile framework is here to foster continuous improvement, iterative approach, collective intelligence and on-going prioritization to focus on what brings more value.

L'Occitane en Provence is looking for an experienced and motivated 360° Senior Communication Manager (7 months fixed-term contract).
This role will be part of an agile cross-functional team (working in Scrum) called Expert Body Care Squad. The Squad mission is to develop and elevate our body care expertise while promoting the brand DNA. This team is responsible for the development of the body care product offer and 360 campaigns for omnichannel strategy.
This position is based in our International Headquarters in Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work hand in hand with the Team members to define & develop the Expert body strategy with a 360° and consumer-centric approach across all channels (omnichannel opportunities) to build and reinforce our brand presence and recruitment
  • Lead the development of 360° communication campaigns by participating in the briefing, production, and delivery of 360° assets, ensuring consistency of all communication assets (offline & online). You will lead the relationship with key internal departments or agencies and be responsible for the timings and budgets of your projects.
  • Be in charge of the redaction of 360° toolboxes for campaigns and always-on animations.
  • Coordinate and support markets to ensure their cohesion with the projects, and collect local insights to continuously improve our relevance in meeting their local needs
  • Monitor and analyse project results and consolidate reports to derive key learnings through qualitative and quantitative analyses measuring the impact of 360° actions
  • Support the team in improving existing tools & ways of working (Agile method)

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • 5+ years of experience in Communication or Operational Marketing (communication project leader with a brand or in an local market)
  • Previous experience in the cosmetic sector is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proficiency in MS Office softwares (Excel and Powerpoint focus)
  • Strong understanding and passion for current online marketing concepts, strategies & best practices
  • Project management skills, at ease with both creative briefing and with analytical
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a can-do and positive attitude
  • Resilient, problem-solving attitude, flexibility & adaptability
  • Proactivity with an appetite for challenges and change
