Secretary (100%)
The Embassy of Japan in Bern is looking for a secretary who works at the Chancellery of the Embassy of Japan. The secretary will be responsible for office work (documentation, translation, official procedures etc.), secretarial work (coordination, scheduling etc.), and research.
Qualifications and competencies required:
- Native level of English and German language (Spoken/Written)
- Preferably good command of Japanese language
- Ability to use MS-Office
- Flexible with business trips, overtime, and weekends
- Permanent Residence Permit (c) or Long Term Residence Permit (b) is needed for non-Swiss nationals
Work Schedule:
7 hours and 15 minutes a day from Monday to Friday, except holidays for the Embassy
Starting date:
1st of September 2024
Contract:
2 year contract with the option of renewal. The contract is renewed by mutual agreement every 2 years.
