SCM Analyst
A leading electrical company is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The position is based in Aargau,, Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible for mastering and administrating the request for quotation (RFQ) process with suppliers and the responsible Category Managers including follow-up and monitoring.
- Responsible for corresponding Master Data Management in SAP (creating materials, maintaining SAP info records and orderbooks) to ensure all data is available to place purchase orders.
- Responsible for export control data in material master (maintaining GTS/ECCN/EKN/CoO data) and data cleansing.
- Analyze and optimize data management and related tools and processes.
- Strong collaboration with Category Managers, Purchasing and material planning Team.
- Coordination of Technical documentation with R&D and PE&Q
Key Requirements :
* Completed education in Industry, Engineering or Economics. (zB KV Ausbildung)
* Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP, preferrable SAP) and standard operating procedures.
* Fluent and collaborative with wide network of stakeholders and interfaces.
* Structured and well-organized and ability to work under pressure.
* Fast problem-solving skills and patient, passionate, persistent with continuously improvement mindset.
* Pro-active and independent decision maker with good networking and social skills.
* A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Good technical knowledge on mechanical and electrical components
* Fluent (written and spoken) German and English.
