Als Sales Representative Wellspect bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Kunden in der deutsch- und französischsprechenden Schweiz (Region West) und zuständig für alle Fragen rund um das Thema Kontinenzversorgung. Du konzipierst und implementierst Maßnahmen zur positiven Umsatzentwicklung und baust ausgezeichnete Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden in Deiner Region auf und pflegst diese.
Deine Rolle:
- Betreuung unseres bestehenden Kundenstammes und Akquirieren von Neukunden
- Ausbau der Marktposition
- Vertretung bei Veranstaltungen, Betreuung von Selbsthilfegruppen & Sportvereinen
- professionelle Netzwerkbetreuung
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Projekten mit medizinischem Fachpersonal
- Zuständigkeit für das Kontinenz-Management in Ihrem Gebiet
Dein Profil:
- Eine Ausbildung im pflegerischen Bereich (Gesundheits-/Kranken-/Altenpfleger/in) oder alternativ Erfahrung aus dem Vetrieb von Medizinprodukten
- Mehrjährige Außendiensterfahrung
- Kaufmännische Kenntnisse bzw. Vertriebsaffinität
- Die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenz
- Fließende Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse (in Wort), Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
