For this role, you need an in-depth understanding of our services, company culture, key people and how we work. You’ll be responsible for how we use our CRM (Pipedrive), implementing new workflows and mining the CRM data to identify new lead and upsell opportunities. You’ll also take the initiative in identifying new potential leads through outreach efforts, contributing to our overall growth strategy. You’ll present the company and our services during the initial discovery calls with new leads, understanding their needs. Your role includes identifying the potential solution and assigning qualified leads to the appropriate account manager after this first call.
You'll be crucial in maintaining an organised lead and deal pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM updates. Additionally, you'll support sales efforts by assisting with various tasks such as compiling offer documents and aiding account managers as required.

Ownership of the CRM - You’ll be responsible for ensuring our CRM is used in line with best practices, that we collect critical contact information and implement workflows to improve efficiency and CRM usage for the team.
Identify new leads through data mining - Using the CRM data, proactively look for new lead opportunities and upsells
Generate new leads - Identify new potential leads through research and networking efforts. Undertake outreach activities to engage with prospects and expand the client base.
Process and close deals - Take client contacts and leads from the initial interaction to closing the deal within days, whilst pushing the partners and account managers to provide important inputs in the process.
Be there - Make the immediate and initial contact with incoming leads by email or phone
Pitch us and collect info - Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs, assess fit for our services, and qualify leads.
Desk work - Efficiently process incoming leads, ensuring accurate documentation and entry into CRM systems. Track lead and deal progression through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
Be helpful - Assist with ad-hoc sales tasks, including preparing proposal documents, presentations, and contracts.
Must haves:
- Excellent sales drive and communication skills, understanding and empathising with clients' perspectives to build a positive impression from the start.
- Excellent understanding of utilising CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive, for data mining
- In-depth knowledge of creating workflow automation and best practices in CRM systems
- Demonstrated track record in outreach and cold lead generation
- Demonstrated track record in sales, customer service and client relationship-building
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to confidently communicate in both English and German (Swiss German preferred)
- Commercial understanding and streetwise pragmatism
- Willingness to learn, adapt and win
- Ability to switch between tasks throughout the day to avoid blockers
- Solution-oriented attitude
