Position Overview:

One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" and will have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the logistics industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, acquiring new clients, and participating in industry events to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitors and gather intelligence on market conditions.
  • Develop strategies to capture new market segments.
  • Identify and target potential clients.
  • Acquisition of new customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Network with industry professionals to foster relationships and generate leads.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
  • Based in Zurich or nearby areas, with the ability to travel as required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
