As a Sales Expert yourself, you will
- Jump on the phone, build trusted relationships with our customers, and generate hands-on sales outcomes yourself.
- Prioritise your leads to maximize your impact and focus your energy where it matters most.
- Manage your pipeline to maintain a clear overview of your sales pipeline, tracking progress and opportunities effectively.
- Tailor your sales approach, adjusting the "temperature" of your sales pitch to fit the customer, striking the right balance between enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Ensure customer centricity at all times by putting customer interest and the fit with Inyova’s offering at the core of your pitch.
As a Sales Expert, you should bring the following qualities:
- You are a great salesperson; a proven track record in B2C sales of at least 2 years is a great plus.
- You are numbers- and success-driven, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
- You are willing to take full responsibility for your work.
- You know how to motivate yourself and delay gratification.
- You are fluent in English + German. French and Swiss-German are a plus.
