Rental Manager / Administration and marketing

Profile :

  • Fluent in English and French. Italian would be an added advantage.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a thorough understanding of the industry’s best practices and customer service excellence with at least 6 months experience in hotels
  • Proven experience in social media management - across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), with a track record of successful content creation, engagement strategies, and brand growth.
  • Excel, word and Outlook – good knowledge required
  • Air bnb Management - good knowledge required
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented: Known for being precise and accurate in all tasks, ensuring high-quality output in both operations and social media activities.
  • Highly independent: Capable of working autonomously, taking initiative, and managing all taske with little supervision while delivering consistent results.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal excellence: Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people, foster relationships, and expand professional networks.

Your Mission:

  • Managing Rentals : You will be directly responsible for all aspects of rentals, visiting the properties with clients, preparing the contract, checking the apartment is ready for the rental, co-ordinating with cleaners and other service suppliers to ensure repairs are carried out when necessary, the internet works, etc and keeping accounts accurately for each rental
  • Managing website as well as all platforms : Ensuring these are updated regularly
  • Social Media: adding objects and content
  • Sales : As you demonstrate proficiency in the other tasks, you will eventually be introduced to sales with an agreed commission structure.

Finally and most importantly, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about going the extra mile for the clients, building on our reputation as a professional-, honest- and client centric up-market real estate agent
