Reliability Engineer

The job title for this role is : Reliability Engineer Facilities and Utilities
- Improving the reliability of equipment, critical systems and maintenance processes by applying the principles of Reliability Engineering program.
- Apply Root Cause Analysis methodologies to improve equipment that support manufacturing operations in a dynamic, fast-paced cGMP, biotechnology environment.
- Measure reliability performance and demonstrate success of improvements.
- Optimizing maintenance costs by analyzing data to identify and reduce costs associated with equipment failures.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, reliability analyses, and compliance audits.
- Ensuring compliance of equipment and installations with industry regulations (GMP, FDA)
- Coordinating with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure installations meet operational needs and quality requirements.
- Lead reliability driven actions that require independent and/or collaborative judgment.
- Support capital projects as needed.
- May be assigned other duties.
Professional experience - minimum 5 years (background facilities and utilities in pharmaceutical industry - GMP environment) - Education (engineering level - university) - Language: French spoken and written / English spoken and written
