He/she acts as an ambassador for the Bank externally and is a role model internally. He/she is responsible for establish and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth private clients. This includes the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions to meet the clients’ needs as well as dealing with routine enquiries and transactions.
Acquiring new client relationships through own network
Providing tailored investment solutions in line with the Bank's policies
Optimising revenues by acquisition of additional share of wallet / cross-selling
Working as part of a team (including the appropriate use of specialists) to develop and deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to the client
Monitoring the evolution of the financial markets and adjusting the investment strategy accordingly
Complying with all internal, applicable and relevant policies, guidelines, laws and regulations (Julius Baer specific and financial industry)
Continuously deeping client relationships
Developing and implementing new marketing strategies in collaboration with the Market Head
Respondiing to all client needs in a timely and professional manner
Embracing new processes and product initiatives
Minimum 15 years' experience in advising sophisticated clients and managing large client portfolios
Proven track record of developing new (U)HNWI relationships through existing network in Mexico
In-depth knowledge of the Mexican market, including the legal and regulatory framework
Broad knowledge of global financial markets, economics and current affairs
Investment advisory skills and portfolio management experience would be an asset
Relevant academic and professional background
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Experience of living and working in Mexico would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Entrepreneurial with the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
Ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure
Responsive, approachable and team player

Willing and flexible to travel
