Challenges
Assist the relationship manager(s) in opening new relationships and serving clients, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.
Main responsibilities
- Preparing documentation for RMs’ meetings with clients and business trips
- Handling and monitoring stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans, payment orders and credit card applications
- Handling AML clarifications and preparing higher-risk client reviews
- Interacting directly with clients by phone, e-mail and occasionally in meetings
- Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations
- Preparing investment proposals
- Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g. of client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)
- Various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking)
- Supporting the RMs in maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation, (e.g. regarding client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)
- Stand in for other assistants in case of absences
You will work in the Turkey team - located in Zurich, 100%.

Experience required:
- Experience as a Relationship Manager Assistant in financial sector is required
- Fluent in Turkish & English
