Your Responsibilities
- Managing the booking system (via email, phone, or app)
- Handling cash at the lounge with a customized cash register system
- Proactively acquiring new customers and events
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the lounge
- Guest service – beverages and food (bar operation)
- Lounge operation and guest care
- Maintaining and cleaning the lounge, including simulators
- Supporting Racing Unleashed Challenges and Events
- Assisting in setting up and dismantling simulators at external events
Your Qualification
- Experience in customer service, e.g., completed apprenticeship in hospitality, retail, or similar
- Proficient in German (spoken and written); knowledge of English and other languages is a plus
- Willingness to work irregular hours (weekends and evenings)
- Well-groomed appearance
- Good PC skills
- Process and solution-oriented
- Enjoyment and/or hobby in Simracing is a plus
- Workplace in Kemptthal, Cham and Zurich
