As Quality Manager you are responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established standards of best quality, safety & protection and resourceful performance. This role involves developing quality control processes, conducting audits, resolving quality issues, and manage KPIS and reporting. Your role is crucial in maintaining our customers' satisfaction and enhancing our reputation.

Do what you love
- Oversee all aspects of Quality Management for apparel products
- Manage all aspects of Quality Management (QM) data, including KPIs, quality reporting, and analysis
- Develop and maintain process documentation for internal use and suppliers
- Conduct supplier visits for audits, onboarding, and relocations
- Act as the liaison between the development department and suppliers to ensure product and quality requirements are met
- Monitor product and quality standards in collaboration with external and internal testing laboratories and service providers
- Degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management or similar education
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar position, preferably working with textiles
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Access, including data analysis, complex formula creation, and database management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
