Quality Auditor (80-100%, all genders)

As an auditor for SWISS Technics you will be based in our EASA Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organization. Audits in the area of our EASA Part-147 organization and audits on behalf of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization may additionally be part of the job.
- Plan, establish and carry out internal and external audits, including audits at subcontractors and partners
- Plan, establish and carry out process and product audits
- Monitor, support and verify root cause analysis of any findings and/or concerns
- Monitor and support the development and implementation of corrective action
- Verify and approve suppliers
- Support NAA or customer audits
- Provide support for Quality related questions during internal SWISS Technics projects
- Develop as required quality procedures to be incorporated into SWISS Technics process environment
There is no specific requirement in order to be a successful candidate. Thorough technical understanding, spirit of initiative and an openness to foreign cultures are essential traits. Frequent worldwide travel requires high integrity and trustworthiness when meeting international partners.
- Technical background (e.g. technical university degree or equivalent, EASA AML Part-66 or several years of work experience in a technical aviation environment)
- Excellent knowledge of and experience in working with EASA Part-145 and EASA Part-M/Part-CAMO regulations
- Knowledge of EASA Part-147 regulations is an additional asset
- Experience in Quality Management and Auditing is a distinct advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel (20-30%)
- Self-dependent, reliable and responsible
- Team player
- Very good spoken and written English skills and a solid understanding of German language
