Project Manager R&D
For one of our clients in the Defense industry are we looking for experienced Project Manager. You have an Engineering background, and experience in working in international cross functional R&D projects. This client is for a German speaking:
- Project management of convoluted agile, cross-functional product development projects
Coordination and communication within the group and international partners
Review, and proactive risk management of projects
Control and report to board
Implement new project management methods and processes
Project leadership, coaching of project members
- MSc. or PhD in Engineering, with a broad perspective. Project Management certificate is beneficial
3+ years of experience in the role of international Project Management of R&D Teams
Experience with Agile, and waterfall project methods
Strong communication skills in both German & English
- Home-Office: 2 days a week
Percentage: 100%
Location: Ostschweiz
