ServiceNow Project Manager (German-Speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and handover processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) are a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
