Project Manager Process Engineering and Plant Construction (m/f/d)
- Provide support to the engineering department in designing asphalt and concrete plants.
- Take responsibility for the layout of fundamental plant processes.
- Lead your own development projects related to new plant technologies.
- Oversee the commissioning of pilot plants and new systems, conducting tests and trials.
- Serve as the engineer responsible for measuring technology.
- Act as a bridge between engineering, service, and sales departments.
- Customize plant technology to meet specific market and customer requirements while adhering to environmental and efficiency standards.
- Assist with “After Sales” by addressing claims and troubleshooting both in-house and on-site.
- Monitor technology trends by studying technical literature and trade journals.
- Manage patents, including conducting searches, filing applications, and adapting the existing patent portfolio.
- Facilitate knowledge management by ensuring the transfer and preservation of relevant knowledge and preparing regular reports.
- Hold an MSc or BSc degree in mechanical engineering, mining, or a related field
- Be willing to travel locally and internationally to meet with customers, attend conferences, and perform on-site work.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office software, with knowledge of CAD and data acquisition software as an advantage.
- Exhibit an independent and customer-oriented work approach.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Be comfortable working at heights (no acrophobia).
