Introduction and Overview

We are hiring for a Project Management Officer (PMO) in a fixed term employment (maternity cover) with end date December 2025.

The PMO is to ensure effective and high-quality delivery of projects by defining and driving project plans and continuously supervising and evaluating achievements and the overall success of specific projects as defined by the Nordic leadership team. The role ensures consistency of projects in regard to company strategy, commitments and predefined business goals.

The role is part of both the Nordic leadership board and the Swedish Leadership board and reports directly to the Managing Director Nordics. This is a fixed term position (maternity cover) with end date December 2025.This position can be located at one of our offices in Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Norway.

Objectives of the Position

• Develop full-scale project plans as defined by the Nordic & Swedish Board, including the localization of EMEA projects.
• Define project scope, timeline, breakthroughs and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessment and define and complete mitigating actions.
• Coordinate the execution of project plans and assemble and coordinate project members.
• Manage project budget and resource prioritising.
• Provide direction and support to the project team.
• Lead project evaluation and assessment of results.
• Ensure the Company applies best practice to meet and exceed industry standards.
• Scope the agenda for Nordic & Swedish leadership team meetings and follow-up on decisions made.
• Manage external consultants.
• Develop and supervise metrics for the organization.
• Monitor project implementation including tracking of deliverables.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Report on progress of the project to all relevant partners and the Nordic leadership team.
