Project Coordinator
We have a current opportunity for a Project Coordinator on a contract basis. The position will be based in Virginia.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the on-boarding of new staff, ensuring access to necessary information and systems.
- Undertake procurement activities and maintain vendor relationships.
- Use ERP systems for financial activities, including purchase requisitions and invoice processing.
- Manage and review project documentation, resource plans, and reports.
- Conduct resourcing analysis and highlight items for attention to Project Managers.
- Ensure accuracy of resource reports and check timesheets against cost codes.
- Provide administrative support for effective program governance.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to meet objectives and milestones.
- Offer back-up support to Project Coordinators, including financial forecasting and scheduling.
Requirements:

- Proven experience in coordinating projects within complex organizations.
- Exceptional multi-tasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and eDRMS (Objective).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with SAP systems and Agile methodologies.
