To support our Specialty Batteries team, we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains for a:

Project Buyer & Material Planner

Purpose

To create a reliable and competitive supplier network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define a panel of qualified suppliers according to skills required and compactivity.
  • Introduce suppliers and related data into the ERP system.
  • Manage RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier award.
  • Manage orders according to production needs.
  • Guarantee constant safety stocks.
  • Manage subcontracting.
  • Support quality during supplier audits.
  • Purchase order creation and follow-up
  • Provide import-export support.
  • Item costing and supplier balance governance.
  • Perform additional tasks on request.

Skills & Experience

  • Federal diploma in procurement or equivalent
  • Technical background mechanics or electronics.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

Languages:

Fluent in French and in English, German is a plus.
