Program Manager (Non-Profit/Governments Projects Experience)
Program Manager vacancy requiring profound Non-Profit or Governments Projects knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the Technology & IT sector.
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to source skill-based volunteering opportunities, including cohort-based technical mentorship, fellowships and accelerators
- Scoping and adjusting existing projects with nonprofit leaders
- Managing hiring pipeline, scheduling interviews, and communication with interested fellowship candidates
- Organizing and leading skill-based volunteering initiatives and events from ideation to completion
- Working cross-functionally with internal and nonprofit teams to engage local communities and press in skill-based volunteering projects and leverage announcements and events for storytelling
Your experience/knowledge:
- 1+ years of professional experience related to non-profit or government organizations
- Solid project and program management and documentation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skillset
- Proficient change management knowledge
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Language skills: English
