Program Manager vacancy requiring profound Non-Profit or Governments Projects knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the Technology & IT sector.

Your tasks:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to source skill-based volunteering opportunities, including cohort-based technical mentorship, fellowships and accelerators
  • Scoping and adjusting existing projects with nonprofit leaders
  • Managing hiring pipeline, scheduling interviews, and communication with interested fellowship candidates
  • Organizing and leading skill-based volunteering initiatives and events from ideation to completion
  • Working cross-functionally with internal and nonprofit teams to engage local communities and press in skill-based volunteering projects and leverage announcements and events for storytelling



Your experience/knowledge:

  • 1+ years of professional experience related to non-profit or government organizations
  • Solid project and program management and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skillset
  • Proficient change management knowledge
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Language skills: English

  • Analytical and solution-orientated thinking along with flexibility and adaptability
