Ethicon, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting a Program Manager, EES Supply Chain, to support the Ethicon Endo-Surgery business.

The EES Program Manager, will report to the Sr. Program Manager of EES Supply Chain and will work closely with the EES Supply Chain E2E Leadership Team to develop, implement, and effectively drive best practices and prioritization for the portfolio of Supply Chain strategic projects to drive Quality, Growth, Delivery and Cost improvements globally across the EES Supply Chain organization. This position will be responsible for program management for a variety prioritized strategic initiatives to ensure successful program outcomes. The individual will drive effective communication and alignment to the strategy throughout the organization, leveraging change management and communication resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy
· Support EES Digital Program and Next Generation Initiatives. Responsible for managing 1 to 2 of these initiatives and effectively managing cross functionally to drive execution, coordinating across various teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure deliverable and goals are met.
· Leverage internal and external relationships for strategic benchmarking, best practices and proactive transformational business models.
· Support management of interdependencies across the EES SC Portfolio to ensure information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated
Performance Management
· Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the EES SC Performance Management process, including tools, templates, scorecards, and governance and decision-making processes
· Facilitate scorecard reviews including risk management and corrective action processes and tracking of action plans.
· Manage EES SCLT Goals & Objectives, Metrics and Targets annually and ensure robust reporting.
· Implement an agile and efficient process to prioritize projects within the portfolio, and flow appropriate resources to ensure benefits are realized
· Support the end-to-end EM&E supply chain PMO focused on driving efficiency, operational capability, and other sources of supply chain improvements across the broader organization.
Program & Portfolio Management
· Establish and facilitate governance forums including deploying & stabilizing the appropriate cadence, timing, agendas, participants, tracking and documentation of actions plans linked with the business priorities, challenges, and annual calendar.
· Identify portfolio management process gaps and opportunity areas and lead initiatives to build PPM maturity, implementing standard best practices for project management, measurement, and prioritization.
· Establish, collect, analyze, and report progress vs. financial commitments through portfolio analytics, drive actions and accountability across the SC to ensure project portfolio is executed versus Business Plan.
· Support business financial cycles like Financial Planning Cycle (LRFP, JU, NU), Business Planning, and OGSMs.
· Coordinate with the leads for connected business management processes (Capital, Savings, Performance Management) to develop ongoing reporting and update processes for the E2E LT and define and identify critical issues.
· Support project reviews and approvals through monthly CRC; monitor and report progress vs financial commitments through portfolio analytics, drive actions and accountability across the SC to ensure project portfolio is being executed per plan
· Drive best practices with PPM system solutions, tools (e.g. Qlik, Planisware) and processes, working with cross functional leaders on day-to-day system usage, data accuracy and compliance.
· Align with the One Ethicon PMO and support EES SC LT with preparation for relevant topics, including tracking of action plans.
