Program Manager CAS Digital Health
The Centre for Digital Health Interventions (CDHI) is a joint initiative of the School of Medicine and Institute of Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen, the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care at the University of Zurich, the Department of Management, Technology and Economics at ETH Zurich and the Future Health Technologies Programme at the Singapore-ETH Centre.
We focus on digital health interventions for the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and common mental disorders (CMDs). Our interdisciplinary team comprises of individuals from various countries with a background in computer and management science, information systems, psychology and medicine.
In 2022, we launched a new continuing education course titled CAS in Digital Health. The course gives healthcare executives the tools to understand the relevance of digital health interventions for the prevention and management of NCDs and CMDs. Our course also joined the newly-established MAS ETH in digital clinical research as a mandatory component of a wider training program in clinical research. We are currently establishing a formal partnership with the University of Zurich and the University of St.Gallen, which will allow us to promote the CAS in Digital Heath from within a broader network of institutions in higher education.
To manage both our continuing education course CAS ETH in Digital Health as well as communications at CDHI, we are looking for a Programme Manager who is interested in supporting us in the following tasks:
- Management of the continuing education program Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Health at ETH Zurich
- Interaction with the participants
- Collaborate with and support faculty, researchers, and affiliated institutes regarding teaching activities.
- Design and manage regular marketing and recruitment campaigns for the CAS/MAS program with an agency.
- Support candidates, e.g. in the application process.
- Administration, budget compliance, reporting, evaluation, and website management for the program.
- Managed online learning system (e.g., uploaded material) and student/lecturer communication and facilitated teaching, including in-person and online lectures.
- Manage communications and coordination with the overarching MAS in digital Clinical Research.
- Interaction with the CDHI, its Scientific Director, and support of the Centre’s communication and marketing activities
We are looking for individuals who meet the following key qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in administration or project management
- Professional experience in the field of continuing education is a plus, as well as Marketing experience
- A high level of customer orientation and a professional communication style in German and English
- Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
- You are highly organized and are interested in technology
- You enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team and with international colleagues and course attendees
- You are proactive, and you show initiative
- You can work autonomously and with a self-starter attitude
