The supply chain plays a decisive role at Belimo, as it contributes significantly to competitiveness and efficiency. What You'll Do- Evaluation of the procurement and supply chain process and integration of sustainability sustainability aspects.
- Development and implementation of a competitive sustainability plan, aligned with the company budget
- Zero waste and net zero approach in procurement, operations and supply chain.
- Identify and develop a set of sustainable key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify problems and actively participate in solving them
- Report activities and results, update plans.
- Integrate sustainability into the end-to-end procurement process
- Support with project specific tasks
- Basic technical training including studies (engineering degree, business administration degree or similar)
- In-depth and cross-industry knowledge in the field of sustainability.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills for global communication with our subsidiaries and partners in Europe, USA and Asia.
- Proven experience in a comparable function as well as in project management and its conception
- conception for sustainability solutions.
- Sound MS Office skills, SAP will be highly advantageous
- Good understanding of supply chains for industrial production as well as sound experience in interdisciplinary work, also in the environment of global procurement.
- Strong analytical thinking. Committed, structured and flexible/pragmatic. Ability to grasp complex situations. Independent and autonomous
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
