IT Procurement Manager - SaaS, Cloud, Software - this is a long term contract for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Developing and implementing IT procurement strategies to meet technology needs
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process for IT equipment, software, and services
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitoring and managing supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Working closely with the IT department to understand and anticipate technology requirements
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience as an IT Procurement Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Proven experience in SaaS, software, and cloud categories
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is an advantage
