- Completed MSc or PhD training/degree
- Hands-on experience with thin-film technologies for independent, goal-oriented work with a high degree of flexibility and enjoyment of application-oriented tasks
- Interest in the field of solar energy
- Personal responsibility and a high level of safety and risk awareness
- Good written and spoken English skills are a prerequisite and German is advantageous
