We are looking for an IT Support Analyst for our client in the Zurich area with strong experience with PEGA Software. In this IT Support Analyst job the successful candidate will provide support across a number of technical domains providing dynamic support by monitoring and resolving technical issues while updating best practices and creating new improvements via automation and process review. You will play an integral role in ensuring a stable application platform for you and your fellow co-workers to succeed at driving business excellence.
To apply for this IT Support Analyst job you should have/be:
• 2+ years of practical experience in PEGA technology
• Oracle and Unix proficiency is mandatory
• WebSphere, Autosys and Excel Experience preferred
• Proven track record in resolving complex support issues
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business individuals
