Job description
Infosys is seeking a Functional Lead - EBS. This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide functional/techno-functional expertise and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The candidate must have strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.x releases, perform systems analysis tasks including troubleshooting production issues, requirements definition, conceptual design, detail design, conversion planning, and implementation for Oracle EBS Service modules like TeleService, Depot Repair, and Field Service. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in Oracle EBS Service modules like TeleService, Depot Repair, and Field Service. S/he will participate functional and technical discussion with the client stakeholder and provide recommendations in production environment, deep level troubleshooting ability, Identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous process improvements. Participate in problem management and come up with solutions when the need arises. Strong communication and organizational skills needed along with the ability to multitask, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of Information Technology experience
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA and willing to work from the client office. This position may require travel in the US
Strong experience in Oracle Service Suite applications mainly Service Contracts, Install Base, and Depot repair processes
Knowledge of integration between external applications and Oracle ERP
Thorough functional understanding of EBS modules such as Service Contracts, Install Base, Field Service (Service Requests/ Tasks), Receivables etc and integrations between the modules.
Functional Understanding of Supply chain modules like OM, INV, PO and QP.
Produce unit test scripts and support all testing activities.
Knowledge of EBS Standard CEMLI, AIM documents
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS configuration and customization
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite would be a plus.
