My client is a further growing Finance company in the center of Zurich. On their behalf I am looking for a self-starter and proactive personality for the versatile role as their
Office Manager
The successful Office Manager will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. These are the responsibilities:
- General administration
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail shipments
- Book and arrange meeting rooms as required
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Provide general support to visitors
In order to be the right candidate your track record looks as follows:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS-Office
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Fluent spoken and written in German and English for international communication
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
