National Sales Manager USA

Main tasks:
- Seek out new opportunities in DC & AC traction power, existing and new customers in rail business: transit, urban transport authorities (railways, metro, tramway etc.).
- Promotion, bid preparation, tendering, estimation and acquisition actions according to the strategy, budget, action plan and special instructions established by the Global Head of Sales & Marketing and/or requested by Clients and Partners on the market (contractors, operators etc.)
- Manage existing customer relationships to maintain and grow current business.
- In charge of developing technical & commercial offers till contract signature.
- Meet, and/or exceed annual budgeted sales goals.
- Responsible for having excellent product & system knowledge.
- Coordination with Sécheron HQ in Switzerland.
- Electromechanical background and Business school master’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years selling experience in rail, industrial B2B environment with a focus in public tender.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Ability to manage simultaneously different projects & customers located in all the USA.
- Ability to travel as necessary (30% to 40% of the time).
- Comfortable to work with people from other departments/countries.
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills, Friendliness, Helpfulness.
