Deine Aufgaben:
Entwurf, Überprüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen im pharmazeutischen, biotechnologischen und Medizintechnikbereich.
Beratung zu regulatorischen Fragestellungen, wie z.B. Produktwerbung und Preisgestaltung.
Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern und Entwicklung praktischer Lösungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
Unterstützung bei komplexen rechtlichen und regulatorischen Themen, einschließlich Aufbau und Umsetzung von Compliance-Programmen.
Dein Profil:
Idealerweise ein LLM. Zulassung zur Schweizer Anwaltskammer.
3-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Pharmabereich oder in der Beratung solcher Unternehmen.
Erfahrung in der Verhandlung und Erstellung verschiedenster kommerzieller Verträge.
Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
