Develops clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations including providing education and clinical insights on the device, procedure and protocol throughout the life cycle of the clinical investigation.
How you'll make an impact:
• Deploy the digital platform action plan including remote proctoring, digital content and the exploration of virtual reality. Enhance the quantity and quality of HCPs clinical education programs by promoting and incentivising the use of the digital technology (e.g., remote proctoring digital tools) and supporting stakeholders (e.g., HCPs and internal stakeholders) with the set-up of the digital solutions in the field. Regularly visiting HCPs to provide support on digital solutions.
• Provide insights to stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, proctors) from in-person and remote learning interactions and identifying new opportunities, address concerns and provide recommendations
• Assess and validate tools, utilities and updates in the field including providing digital expertise for clinical education, putting in place all tactics
• Train the trainers/trainees in the field to ensure efficiency and accuracy on related digital equipment used for remote proctoring
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on premium products, that require specific training programs, either in person or remotely covering all aspects of technical matters of assigned device(s), device handling, and implantation technique required for device implants.
• Responsible of the full qualification of HCPs and independency of centres according SOPs, either remotely or on-site clinical training. Document and update supported trainings and implants, Processes follower.
• Maintain regular contact and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales force, Medical affairs and other business units and dedicated digital teams).
• Ensure clinical digital training activities and HCPs educational partnerships (e.g., Centres of Excellence, Proctors) fulfil stakeholders training needs

What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 3 years experience previously related work experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry with strong digital tools or training experience required Required

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• Good written and verbal communication skills including customer negotiating and relationship management skills
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to digital technology
• Solid understanding of utilizing digital tools for remote proctoring
• Ability to effectively multitask, juggling various projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organisation
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
