What to Expect:

  • Strategic Planning: Leverage ongoing reports and analyses of customer base growth, sales channel performance, and funnel metrics to develop strategic initiatives aimed at meeting targets.
  • Innovative Marketing and Sales Strategies: Develop and implement new marketing and sales approaches to boost conversion rates across all products and services, focusing on our existing B2C customer base. 
  • Corporate Strategy Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders across various departments, including product, sales, marketing, and finance, to craft corporate and business-level strategies and advance key initiatives.
  • Customer Campaign Management: Manage customer base campaigns, creating engaging customer journeys and communication strategies for our largest residential segment.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams on projects of varying complexity, turning innovative ideas into reality.
  • Project Leadership: Take charge of projects focused on transforming and integrating our customer base.
  • Operational Excellence: Equip and support our sales channels in delivering outstanding operational performance and achieving exceptional sales results.

Your qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years in Marketing, CRM, project management, or customer experience departments of subscription-based businesses
  • Professional experience in Telecommunications, Banking or related industries is a plus
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in presenting and analyzing data, as well as creating actionable reports and plans
  • Attitude: Possess a "Dare, Drive, Deliver" attitude with the motivation to effect change and challenge the status quo. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve targets
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade individuals at various levels, including senior management
  • Fluency in both German and English is required, with additional proficiency in French and/or Italian considered an asset
