(Associate) Marketing Manager
Job Summary
This position will be responsible for all aspects of marketing in the assigned country/cluster as well as all related activities such as product launches, promotions, events, etc. This person must also have strong experience in working with the sales team to ensure they are aligned on our strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have proven success at building relationships internally and externally. They need to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as having excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, planning, prioritizing workload and time management. The role reports directly into the BU head.
Responsibilities
• Implementing local marketing strategy across the entire portfolio.
• Responsible for driving growth in assigned countries/clusters through developing effective partnerships with sales, customers and other stakeholders within each territory.
• Support business development initiatives by providing guidance on new products or services that may enhance revenue streams.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings, improving efficiency and reducing waste within existing operations.
• Work closely with regional team members to develop and implement global marketing plans.
• Provide input into annual budgets for assigned territories and portfolio.
• Oversee advertising campaigns in order to maximize exposure of products/services.
• Develop strategies for increasing brand awareness among target audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and report back regularly to senior management regarding progress towards achieving objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transition of projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in healthcare industry required. Experiences in Urology or Surgery is preferred.
• People Management experiences with trackable record in coaching, motivating, and developing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English language proficiency essential.
