(Technical) Marketing Manager

For the biggest BU at Sécheron, Electrical Safety Solutions (ESS), we are looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced Marketing Manager.
Collaborating with all sites and departments, mainly R&D and Sales., you will have as main activities:
Product management
- Market analysis, updating the Product Road Map.
- Creating specifications for new products and monitoring development.
- Product confrontation with key clients during different development phases.
- Identifying activities and companies to acquire or cooperate with. Visiting potentially interesting companies. Analyzing products, markets, positioning, and pipeline.
Marketing
- Marketing plan for new product introduction (product offer structure, pricing structure, brochure, manual, etc.).
- Presenting and challenging the Product Road Map with Key Accounts.
- Organizing exhibitions.
- Maintaining the website and corporate documentation.
Sales support
- Visiting clients to promote new products.
- Analyzing specifications, supporting offer preparation (product launch phase).
Performance criteria
- Clear product development strategy.
- Accuracy of new product development specifications.
- Alignment of developed products with market demand.
- Regular visits to Key Accounts.
- At least 10 years in a similar role and industry
- Ability to manage priorities and conflicts of interest.
- Mobilization capacity and tenacity.
- Quality of relationships and perception internally and externally.
- Ability to handle urgent and unplanned actions.
- Comfortable managing different cultures (clients and Sécheron sites).
- Comfortable in technical and commercial fields.
- Main languages: French, English, basic German, Italian.
- Promote a quality service image, ensuring reliability on customer needs.
- Respect and enforce Sécheron’s quality system standards and procedures.
- Implement procedures and tools to improve productivity, transparency (reporting), and reduce the risk of errors
