Managing Direktor (m/f/d) 100% (canton Zug)
For our client, an independent Swiss Asset Management Company with a FINMA license in the canton Zug, we are looking for:
Managing Direktor (m/f/d) 100%
Responsibilities:
Overall Company Management:
- Lead corporate governance and core business processes.
- Manage HR, IT, and support marketing activities.
- Oversee external services (accounting, legal, etc.).
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:
- Ensure adherence to FinMA regulations (AML/KYC, cross-border, etc.).
- Develop and implement compliance policies and training.
Partner Bank Relations:
- Manage relationships with banks and secure favorable client terms.
- Actively participate in client onboarding with partner banks.
- Act as a relationship manager for key clients (when needed).
Requirements:
- University degree
- Proven experience in a Swiss bank
- Understanding of internal bank processes and compliance procedures
- Demonstrated administrative experience
- Well-developed HR and strong leadership skills
- Fluency in Russian and English; good proficiency in German
- C-permit or Swiss citizenship
