A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including the athletes, the National Olympic Committees (NOCs), the International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), the Worldwide Olympic Partners and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities, including the United Nations and other international organisations.

Manager Senior, Human Rights
Imagine being at the heart of the Olympic Games, ensuring that human rights are upheld in every aspect of their organization and delivery. As a key player in our Human Rights team, you will work alongside the Head of Human Rights and various departments to embed a robust human rights approach in the selection of future Olympic hosts and the ongoing management of the Games.
Your day begins with strategic discussions to assess human rights risks across different Olympic editions, ensuring every potential issue is identified and addressed. By mid-morning, you're developing initiatives and tools to support Organising Committees, including helping them designing complex grievance mechanisms that safeguard the rights of all stakeholders involved. In the afternoon, you engage with internal teams from safe sport to NOC relations, aligning efforts to integrate human rights measures seamlessly during Games-time.
Your role extends beyond the Games. You'll collaborate with various IOC departments to strengthen internal policies, enhancing our due diligence processes and ensuring responsible sourcing across supply chains. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting the IOC's responsible sourcing approach, acting as the primary contact for all human rights matters related to our operations.
As a thought leader in human rights, you'll support core projects for the Olympic Movement, providing valuable insights on issues like LGBT+ rights, child rights, and athlete representation. Your strategic thinking and ability to innovate will drive our human rights strategy forward, influencing both the IOC and the broader Olympic Movement.
Data tracking and external reporting will be part of your routine, ensuring transparency and accountability in our human rights efforts. You'll actively contribute to projects and programmes, represent the IOC in internal and external meetings, and share your expertise to guide and support the organization.
Join us and be part of a team that champions human rights on the global stage, ensuring that the Olympic Games not only inspire but also uphold the highest standards of respect and dignity for all.
Together, we'll create a lasting impact on the world of sports and beyond.
Come and join an organisation where the spirit of inclusion, gender equality and diversity is embedded in its DNA, and which focuses on what unites us – a passion for sport and its values. Work in a flexible and rewarding environment which offers competitive employee benefits and numerous incentives to live a sustainable, healthy and active life. By joining us, you will become part of the Olympic Movement and help to build a better world through sport, with the opportunity to work with people of more than 70 nationalities.
We are a value driven organisation. Our values help bring out the best in us. We strive for excellence and encourage people to do the best they can. We promote respect in many different ways, respect for yourself, for the rules, for your opponents, for the environment and for the public. We celebrate friendship, which is the hallmark of the Olympic Games. There is more that unites than divides us.
