Manager Group PMO

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Spearhead and prioritize strategic projects (organization, restructuring, operations, etc.), setting and harmonizing group-wide project management standards.
Lead the Group PMO including one direct report and work in close connection with other functional project managers across the group.
Foster close collaborations with project leads to guarantee consistent, high-quality delivery.
Ensure value creation by identifying project upsides and ensuring teams adhere to budgets.
Serve as the crucial interface between internal functions across projects and manage collaborations with external consultants.
Monitor, review, and guide selected projects, ensuring alignment with the group’s objectives.
Implement and maintain harmonized measurements of project progress across the group, ensuring transparency and consistent reporting and planning.
Prepare materials for the Board of Directors and Executive Management Board.
Qualifications:
Education:
University degree, ideally in business or a related discipline.
Certifications in Project Management will be viewed favorably.
Work Experience:
Between 4 -6 years Consulting or PMO/Project Management experience, either in a top-tier management consulting firm or a large corporate entity.
Prior exposure to business or transformation functions is an advantage.
Experience in M&A, process optimization or restructuring is a plus.
Proven track record in leading projects in a multifaceted business environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite and advanced PPT.
Familiarity with ThinkCell, PowerBI, and project management tools is beneficial.
Language / Communication Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is a plus.
