Sr. Manager, Commercial Excellence & Salesforce Effectiveness
Role summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced senior manager of Commercial Excellence and Salesforce (CRM) Effectiveness to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our CRM (Salesforce) and business platforms to enhance sales performance and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities along with experience in Power BI and other business intelligence tools. Data analysis and visualization skills are also desirable.
Role responsibilities
CRM (Salesforce) administration and optimization
Overall ownership: Oversee the configuration, customization (e.g., SFDC objects, fields, page layouts, record types, etc.) and maintenance of Salesforce
Integrations: Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems
Automation: Design and deploy Salesforce automation solutions, including workflows, process builders, and triggers
Partnering with stakeholders for CRM Planning and implementation
Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align Salesforce initiatives with overall business objectives. Work with regional stakeholders and representing country perspective
Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align Salesforce strategies with business goals
Project management: Lead projects to deploy new features and functionalities
Data management and analysis
Data management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Sales Funnel Development: Design and implement effective sales funnels to optimize lead conversion and sales performance
Performance monitoring and reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics
Generate regular reports for senior management to track progress and performance
Provide insights and recommendations on data analysis
Innovation and continuous improvement
Stay updated with latest Salesforce and analytics tools features and best practices
Process improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations
User training and support
User Adoption: Drive user adoption of Salesforce through effective communication and training programs
Training & Support: Provide training and support to sales teams on best practices, new features and effective use of Salesforce
Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve salesforce / related tools’ usage
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information technology, or a related field
MBA (preferred)
Experience
8+ years’ experience in commercial excellence, business intelligence or similar roles with a deep exposure to Salesforce platform
Skills (Required)
Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and related tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to interact with and influence stakeholders without authority
Ability to collaborate effectively with business leadership
Demonstrate behaviors aligned to the BD way
Additional skills (Strong preference)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Familiarity with business intelligence tools like PowerBI / Tableau, etc.
Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
Experience in designing and implementing sales funnels
