Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor/master’s degree in either Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- You are/about to be in possession of a certified public accountants’ diploma or other similar diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.).
- 5-7 years’ experience in external audit, an experience in a Big Four is a plus
- Managerial experience in leading an audit team in an international environment, coaching audit staffs and seniors on technical accounting/auditing procedures, liaising with audit specialists
- You have experience in Swiss Regulatory audits is a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French is required – English and German are strong assets, any additional language is considered as a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to: communicate well; establish strong working relationships; maintain a positive outlook; work under pressure
