We are looking for you as our Lead Commercial Reporting for our location in Rümlang.

A job that matters: your tasks 

• Own the Group's Commercial Performance Reporting, including developing solutions targeting globally aligned reporting, forecasting and planning needed in the day-to-day decision-making and steering of the business of the CCO organization. Existing solutions include the Global Sales Dashboard, Salesforce, ServiceMax, MTP, IKAM, digital Offerings, FTE Dashboard, etc.
• Work in close collaboration with the key stakeholders, including Commercial Leadership, Finance Leadership, Strategy, Global Functions, dormakaba business services (dbs), Controllers, RECITE team and Group IT, lead the development, testing, training and roll-out of global Commercial solutions
• Act as a trusted partner to ensure high quality and on-time deliverables in coordination with the tower heads of the dormakaba business services (dbs) 
• Strongly drive the implementation of group wide Reporting standards and processes to achieve Commercial Excellence objectives 
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives with increased focus on data quality 
• Actively contribute to the success of the 'Simplify Reporting' Project and Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC)
• Lead and coordinate knowledge transfer sessions, including with dormakaba business services (dbs), and establish key user community

An experience that matters: your skills

• University degree with strong Commercial, Business or Finance business background, preferably with affinity to Business Intelligence solutions
• Work experience in a senior position in a multinational company with exposure to commercial reporting & planning, performance management and/or business intelligence 
• Profound understanding of commercial solutions, business intelligence and analytics topic, controlling concepts and tools 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and SAP products (especially SAP Analytics Cloud, FICO module and Business Warehouse) and BI tools 
• Refined Project Management skills and ability to coordinate in a multi-cultural environment

• Reliable team player with strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to ad hoc requests
