Your tasks/profile:
Deployment and Support:
Deploy, configure, and test devices; collaborate on partner device support.
Perform daily checks to ensure equipment readiness and reset.
Report on operational health of onsite environments.
Provide technical support during customer engagements.
Implement and support Content Management Systems (e.g., Stratos, FourWinds).
Operational Alignment:
Align support and documentation with IES Playbook/processes.
Triage AV-related technical issues; collaborate with AV vendors to resolve problems.
Digital Ops Support
Responsibilities:
Azure Administration:
Manage Azure resources for identity, governance, storage, compute, and networks.
Handle Azure subscription administration, cost analysis, and reporting.
Support ‘OneEXPOps’ projects and processes.
Deploy and maintain Azure environments for Hybrid Cloud engagements.
Infrastructure Foundation – Onsite Support
Responsibilities:
Compute and Storage Management:
Configure and support compute/storage environments.
Maintain server room infrastructure.
Manage network configurations, VLAN design, and policy alignment.
Ensure security patch compliance and asset health.
Support Azure Stack installs and troubleshooting.
Maintain asset inventory operations.
Hands-On Support:
Rack/stack local network and compute hardware.
Provision, configure, and support server OS and applications.
Decommission hardware logically/physically.
Manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, and core compute incidents.
Perform physical and logical audits and remediation.
Experience Environments
Responsibilities:
Content Management:
Deploy and support systems like Stratos and FourWinds.
Provide user guides and training for presentation technologies.
Manage local and central Experience/Demo accounts.
Audio and Video
Responsibilities:
AV Systems Support:
First-line response and triage for AV systems.
Coordinate with AV support teams and suppliers.
Provide on-site technical support for events.
Events and Engagements
Responsibilities:
Attendee and Presenter Support:
Provide high-level support for attendee connectivity issues.
In-room support for FTE presenters and demo setups.
Coordinate with technical/AV vendors for events.
Event Phases:
Pre-event: Coordinate support, test setups.
During event: On-site technical support.
Post-event: Retrieve and inventory equipment.
Technology and Asset Lifecycle
Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Management:
Manage warranties and RMA processes.
Recommend technology improvements and equipment purchases.
Recycle old equipment per standards.
Local Coordination and Engagement
Responsibilities:
Support Escalation:
Own local support escalations, ensuring resolution and communication.
Implement tools for managing and prioritizing work intake.
Attend Rhythm of Business meetings and provide relevant content.
Provide operational reporting and status updates.
