What to Expect:
- Handle incoming customer requests, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs or customer-specific deadlines
- Ensure accurate generation of the initial service invoice by verifying the ordered services and associated pricing
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes related to daily operations
- Engage in proactive communication with customers to ensure optimal order management and keep them consistently informed
- Accurately validate and enter B2B customer orders or services, ensuring all relevant data is documented in the appropriate sales, billing, and CRM systems
- Plan and coordinate smaller projects or sub-projects within the relevant business areas
Your qualifications:
- Knowledge or interest in telecommunications and computer science
- Educational background in administrative or commercial
- Experience in direct customer interactions
- Strong service orientation, both for internal and external customers
- Resilient mindset and a team-oriented approach
- Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM)
- Fluent in German and English is necessary , French and Italian is a plus
