On the behalf our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst with data and development expertise. This is a permanent position, based in Bern.
Your responsibilities:
â?¢ Identifying and writing functional and non-functional requirements
â?¢ Analysis business process, systems and workflows for improvements purposes
â?¢ Analysis data and further development tools
â?¢ Creating detailed reports and dashboard
â?¢ Identifying opportunities for automation
Languages (compulsory for this roles):
â?¢ English fluent or native
Your profile :
â?¢ Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
â?¢ University degree in Business Administrator or in Business Information System
â?¢ Strong background and work experience with data
â?¢ Good knowledge in statistics and data science methodologies
â?¢ Excellent skills in Excel, and MS Office, Good command of programming Python, R and Microsoft SQL
â?¢ You are motivated, ambitious and create impactful and strong relationships
