Junior HR Administrator
VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Junior HR Administrator to join our People Services team based in Stabio, CH.

As a Junior HR Administrator, you will deliver accurate and timely HR administration activities, supporting internal stakeholders like employees, managers and the HR community.
You will act as a point of contact for our employees, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and processes while providing advice and great customer service to all our associates.
Daily, as a Junior HR Administrator, you will:
- Support on-boarding activities, from contract creation to documentation gathering, acting as a point of contact for our new associates
- Support the handling work permits for our associates by liaising with Immigration authorities and employees to ensure the process is dealt with in a smooth and timely manner
- Assist employees with questions and manage the full employee lifecycle administration
- Maintain and update employees' records ensuring they are accurate and precise
- Assist the wider HR team with the delivery of group-wide initiatives and projects as required
- Collaborate with other members of the People Service team, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs etc. making sure people processes are running smoothly
- Support other HR activities as needed (off-boarding, sickness/Accident/IPG declaration, etc.)
Skills for Success
To succeed as Junior HR Administrator, you must translate our associates' needs and our HR policies into practical solutions. Strong organization, attention to detail and empathy will help you get things done on time and on quality. We are looking for someone who has:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel)
- Ability to work accurately and autonomously, with great attention to details
- Ability to multi-tasks, to prioritize and to work against deadlines and under pressure
- Employee service orientation framed by excellent communication skills
- Capacity to deal professionally with confidential matters
Your education and work experience has:
- Limited but solid experience in HR or administration - ideally in Switzerland
- An HR / Administration / Economics university degree - is a plus but not required
- Further education as Swiss HR Assistant - highly appreciated but not required
