Investor Relationships Operations role
Our client is a well-established venture capital firm, originating from Geneva, with HQ offices in London, New York and San Francisco. The Investor Relations Operations role will be responsible for the smooth operation (including administration) of the Investor Relations team and its activities.
Responsibilities
- Support fundraising process including data room management and processing of documentation to ensure delivery according to timelines.
- Coordinate and assist with investor requests including answering questionnaires and surveys, collaborating with finance & accounting teams to gather and verify financial information, and liaising with external administrators on certain requests.
- Manage and organise the investor relations document library and ensure documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Own new project to develop and manage Operational Due Diligence repository to help streamline the answering of recurring investor questions.
- Partner with the IR executive assistants to maintain and update the investor relations calendar, ensuring all key dates and deadlines are met, and investor CRM.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience supporting international client-facing team(s) in private banking or fund management, required. Experienceworkingdirectlywithexternaladministratorsis a plus.
- Excellent organisation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail. Good with numbers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (complete fluency or native speaker required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Agile and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player and service orientated.
