Within our International Distribution Business (IDB) department, we are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual to join our dynamic Sales Development team. The IDB department works with independent business partners worldwide who purchase Vorwerk products and sell them in their respective markets, following Vorwerk's guidelines. Our focus is on two of our leading brands: Kobold and Thermomix, spanning over 37 countries.
What are we looking for?
As a Sales Development Intern, you will support our team with various operational tasks and contribute to the growth and success of our international business. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in providing conceptual and analytical support to the Sales Team.
  • Helping to develop and implement growth strategies for target markets
  • Supporting the analysis of sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and assess potential
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales/business development and eager to learn. The ideal candidate should have:
  • Ongoing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Availability for a 9-month internship.
  • Business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A structured approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • A can-do attitude with a hands-on approach to tasks.
