Our internal IT organization, located at our headquarters in Zurich, provides comprehensive IT field support within Asset Management in Switzerland.
To further strengthen our team, we are seeking anIntern for IT Field Support (f/m/d)who can work 100% on-site. This position offers a routine job with opportunities for further development in IT field support.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT field support to the end-user community
- Offer dedicated support to VIPs in Zurich and their personal assistants
- Adhere to the Incident and Request Fulfilment processes, consistently update tickets until issues are resolved
- Conduct in-depth second-line investigations and diagnoses
- Manage the hardware repair process in coordination with the IT Service Desk
- Facilitate the monthly onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including PC staging
- Maintain and administer the hardware inventory, ensuring it is current and accurate
- Uphold all safety protocols and ensure the strict confidentiality of information
Experience
- Foundational IT education or experience as a career changer in IT
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for interacting with users in a calm and polite manner
- A solid understanding of customer satisfaction principles and best practices
- Technical support capabilities with Microsoft M365, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, and OneDrive
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain effective performance under pressure
- Prior experience in creating technical support documentation will be an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English and German. French is a plus
