Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage international transportation operations, including air, sea, and land freight
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to clients
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange shipments
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and expenses
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in international transportation coordination
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using transportation management systems and software
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
